Once upon a time this was my humble Merchandise Page where one could peruse and perhaps purchase an audio product from me. I haven't been performing or touring the past couple of years so it's now simply a "Discography" of recordings I released, mostly on my own No Auditions label. The "record business" no longer exists and I have dismantled my old operations and relocated to a far away place. Of course, I never said existing product wasn't for sale; so if you want details:

"IN THE BAG"
2007 — (No Auditions NYET 7008)

This was a collaboration between myself and Albert Alfonso, a stellar bodhran (Irish frame drum) player and drum maker from Dallas, TX.

"NAE PLUMB NOR SQUARE"
2005 — (No Auditions NYET 7007)
A gamut of solo and band recordings from a variety of different sources—live, demo and studio. This album was ultimately titled according to a summation of structural engineering principles as invoked by architect Eero Saarinen and utilized in the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, MO. This CD was originally sold only at live shows but has since become available on CDBaby.

"UNHALFBAKING"
2000 — (Upland UP 001)

A deep zen, solo effort originally released on the Upland/O&O label in Fort Coillins, CO. This may be reissued on No Auditions at some point. We'll see.

Critics said:
"Well, this certainly ain't The Chieftains! ...this hybrid mixes any number of musical sources (bluegrass, country, punk, rockabilly) that all seem to revolve around a Celtic base. The man makes some very interesting but very hard to describe music. Certainly worth a listen for the musically adventurous."
—Dirty Linen (Aug/Sept 00' #89)

"Unhalfbaking is a genius punk-folk record, sweaty and funny and totally unpretentious... ...he heads down the eccentric post-Beat path (a narrow one, through dark woods) taken by the likes of Michael Hurley and Peter Stampfel... ...[here's] proof that the elusive grail of tradition is as much in the individual as it is in the cliches."
—Chicago Reader (May 26, 2000)

"REMOVALS..., OTHER ISMS"
1996 — (No Auditions NYET 7006)

An EP in both CD and 10" vinyl format. This was my band, SPOT REMOVAL, which existed in the early 90s. These were outtakes from an album project that never got released. The band broke up after the recording was completed.

"YO! MARRY ME!" / "CACA BOUDIN POPO PIPI"
1992 — (No Auditions NYET 747-3)

A 7" single. Cover art by Tim Kerr.

There were a few other earlier releases which have no display images...

"Paperrrrr!/St. Anne's Reel/Rachel" — a single released in 1993
No Auditions (NYET 747-4)

"Spot on the Mountain" — a cassette released in 1990
No Auditions
(NYET 747-5)

"Picking Up Where I Left Off" — an LP released in 1988
No Auditions (NYET 747-2)

"Artless Entanglements" — an LP released in 1987
No Auditions
(NYET 747-1)

Then some recordings on which I made an appearance...

"Aural Fixation / Local Live Vol. 5" — a compilation CD released in 2000 by KVRX 91.7 FM
(student radio station at University of Texas).
"Austin Celtics" (w/DeLorean Mechanics) — a compilation CD released in 2000 by
the Austin Celtic Association.
"Ball Hog or Tugboat" • Mike Watt (Columbia (Sony) CK66464) — a CD released in 1995.
I was one of the musicians invited to the wrestling match.
